Masseria Jabali blends premium assisted living with a 2.5-ha syntropic farm, welcoming 35 residents, including UK expats. Our English-speaking carers and refugee trainees foster a compassionate, inclusive community.

Powered by solar energy and nourished by organic olive oil, fruits, and honey, we’re reimagining retirement with sustainability and heart.

Project Timeline

2026: Secure land & begin increasing organic matter on 1ha.
2027: Continue syntropic farm work on 1 ha.
2029: Begin plans for care home.
2031: Welcome first residents.
2033: Full capacity & global farm exports (olives and pomegranates).
